This is a poster I am working on for my Communication Studio 2 class at Otis right now. The concept is to come up with a idea that tells people what bipolar is about. My neighbor suffered from bipolar disorder, so it inspired me to create this design.

Overall
Vision Originality Technique ImpactWhile I really enjoy the quality of the art, the clean (apparently vector) shapes, and the strong contrasts, I find it very difficult to read the tiny white text on a black background. For some reason the black text on a white background is much easier to read. It may just be the resolution of the fullview and I find myself wondering what this would look like printed at a very large size.
Besides the difficulty in reading the white text, every other aspect of this image is spectacular. The colors, the contrast, the concept and visual metaphor - all top-notch. I really like it!
